We ordered a sample to see the tile in person before purchasing enough for our front hall floor. We received our order quickly via Fed Ex. The tile was wrapped and boxed very securely with only one broken tile out of the 120 tiles. The lot was the same for all 5 boxes (important). Purchased these for a bathroom floor. Ordered a sample first and was pleased with the colors. The white is a bright white, but the matte texture softens it a bit. I was concerned the green might be a bright kelly green and, thankfully, it's not. Rather a lovely muted shade. These tiles have a good weight to them.
