This shelf looks beautiful, but installation was more difficult than expected. It was challenging to align and level the two wood pieces during assembly. I also don’t feel the base is sturdy enough to handle the pressure of a traditional pump hand soap dispenser. To avoid putting stress on it, I switched to an electric soap dispenser. I love this piece of furniture! It is sturdy and able to hold my television. It matches the other pieces I have in the room as well. It may be pricey but the furniture in worth it. The only thing I wish it had was a finished back with the same wood as the front and I wouldn't have minded if it had been longer by 10 inches, but overall one of the best pieces of furniture I have ever bought..
