The shelves are a lot more sturdy than I thought they would be and they hold a lot more than I thought they would. It has really helped me organize all of my shoes and bags/purses in my closet. The only downside is that the bars at the top are very flimsy and it didnt come with the rod to be able to hang things on. I had to purchase that separately. Yes, I read the measurements, but this still looks larger in the online photos/description. Easy to put together, maybe took 20 minutes. Had to use a small level to make sure the shelves were level. The whole thing leans a bit toward the front. I would suggest using museum tack to keep any decorative objects on the shelves. The welds aren't perfect, kinda rough.
