Slicing your favorite foods just got easier thanks to the Weston® 9" Meat Slicer. It quickly and evenly slices a variety of foods including meats that are frozen, thawed, and cooked, cheese, bread, vegetables, and fruits. The adjustable thickness dial makes it easy to adjust the slicing thickness from deli thin to more than 1/2" (1.3 cm). Make thick perfectly-sliced onion rings and slice fruits like pineapple for grilling or cut thin slices of chicken or beef for Philly cheesesteaks or thin, even slices of meat for drying, smoking, or jerky. The stainless steel 9" serrated blade is powered by a 200-watt belt-driven motor to ensure fast, precision slicing, and the large, BPA-free food pusher has teeth to better grip food when slicing. The smooth-gliding carriage with a durable stainless steel food tray makes slicing meats and other foods easy. The suction feet help hold the sturdy base in place while slicing. The blade, food carriage, slide-rod extension, and food pusher are easy to remove for cleaning. Tilting action makes it easier to remove the blade, and the food pusher is top-rack dishwasher safe. Great for hunters, farmers, small retail butchers, and anyone who buys food in bulk.

Just wanted to say first off , it my first time ever using a device like this . there was trouble with shipping being delayed. It has no instructions to put together or how to use it and I kinda wish it had an option for left-handed. I’m struggling to take the blade off to wash it. I believe there’s a safety mechanism because it gets stuck lock up when I go slide it back it’s caught But other than that, it works good. I really enjoy the amount I saved in grocery bill. It’s a learning process.. E00. Wed Jun 24 2026

This machine is fantastic. I looked for a used slicer but the high quality machines were from supermarkets. Too big and heavy. I looked at some very excellent Chinese slicers but I decided to spend a little more for the Berkel. This slicer is not light but I can easily carry it around the kitchen. It slices prosciutto tissue thin. Instead of paying $15 pound for sliced roast beef I cook a roast for $6/lb. I bet I’ll be looking down from heaven one day seeing my great great grand kids using this slicer one day.. John. Melbourne, FL. Wed Oct 22 2025
