After reviewing many headboards I’m glad I bought this one. For the price it’s a great investment. It’s sturdy and I love the bookshelves on the endcap, it’s big enough for a frame and to place a water bottle at night. In the week that I’ve had the headboard I’ve noticed that it definitely needs to be dusted weekly. Just wish it wasn’t made of mdf, but again, what do you expect for the price, you can’t beat it. This headboard is very nice and looks expensive. It makes the room look great. The fabric is nice and soft. The color is great and as described. The only issue is the way to mount it was not easy and we ended up just having to press it up against the wall and use dry wall screws. It would not fit into our king size tempurperic bed frame. We have not had issues before with previous headboards so this was annoying. It ended up working out the way we did it but still frustrating. I do appreciate that it’s wood though and not metal. This upholstered headboard is ok. But not really as pictured. There are no buttons. Just indentations where buttons would go. It comes folded in half, so there is a huge crease down the middle.
