The chair was easy to put together and 2 weeks in it's extremely comfortable. Adjusting the height and recline features of the chair is easy. It feels very comfortable. It was a great buy, especially for the price compared to other options. It was easy to put together and there are English instructions! The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. So far so good. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands. Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture. It adjusts to fit my height and the arm rests come in closer. I think this chair would still be great for average height people, but it's adjustable so that it works for smaller builds too.. Sg. USA.
