These are lovely lights. I purchased 3 to hang from a high cathedral ceiling. The fabric has a very soft pattern that I believe helps to diffuse the light. Although the fabric appears a bright white, and depending on the bulbs you pick, when they are on, it is soft and muted. We put ours on a dimmer, and they can be bright or a really soft accent. At night, stunning. These are very elegant and I feel they can be used in any setting from mid century, to traditional. In my case, it is transitional. These are semi flush mount, and I needed them to hang about 3 feet lower, so we were able to find matching brass rods and the connectors and it looks wonderful. Great value. All 3 arrived well packaged and no damage.. Charisse. Scottsville, VA. Sun Jul 19 2026

Renovating and found out every ceiling fixture (9 of them) in our 130 year old home was on one circuit! Naturally, we cut it in a room with no fixture not realizing the tangled web of knob and tube extended far beyond what we could see. Thus, enter plug-enabled ceiling fixtures. I love this little guy. LOVE these little lamps! Installing over kitchen sink. I’m delighted to see a nice little design element on the shade holder. The pair of lamps came w. both black AND white hanging hardware! Included instructions were not thorough. There are two brass rings, one of which needs to be removed in order to put lamp shade in place. Otherwise I’m really happy with them. Really..
