The fireplace is beautiful! The heat comes out immediately as soon as you turn it on. It’s quiet and exactly as I imagined it to be. It’s very handy to have a remote as well! The outside doesn’t get hot at all while you’re running the heat, which is a nice safety feature.. Alyson. Madison, AL. Wed Oct 21 2026

The grill where the heat comes out is made of plastic. It gets extremely hot, way too hot to touch, and fills the room with a strong burnt plastic smell. Just got mine today and have to return them unfortunately. I got 2 and both of them do it so it's a clear design flaw. Wayfair, tell the manufacturer they need to put metal over the heating element not plastic, or stop selling this model. This product is dsngerous and toxic.. Julia. Tigard, OR. Sun Sep 20 2026

I really like this electric heater. I prefer to use a small unit like this instead of turning on the main house heat. The imitation logs and flame look really nice. The heat comes from the bottom and is blown by a small fan. I’m giving it 4 stars because the digital display on the remote doesn’t work. However the remote functions work just fine and the remote isn’t that important to me. I just need it to turn on and blow heat. Overall it’s a nice product.. Ryan. Atlanta, GA. Wed Apr 22 2026

It’s more of a creamy yellow white vs a bright white - not a dealbreaker for me although I maybe would’ve chosen black had I seen the actual color. You can have the fire and flame on without the heat, which is nice for aesthetics. The heat function works quickly and would be sure to heat up a room to comfortability. I do think it runs constantly vs reaching a certain temperature and turning off like a thermostat. It does have a safety feature that will turn off the heater if it overheats.. Sayde. Tulsa, OK.
