Small defect at headboard and leg joint. The worst thing is, the description and the photos do not show that the finish has a wood grain, it looks like a solid off white and that was what I was expecting.. Jorge. Austin, TX. Fri Jul 24 2026

Couch is just what I wanted. The color is more grey than beige, so dont let the name fog beige throw you. It sits up higher than my old couch but its comfy. LOTS and I mean lots of pillows. Lumbar pillows, arm pillows! (The colored pillows in my photos are my own, but it comes with some blue ones.) Fabric is very soft to the touch. I already had the matching chair and ottoman, so this completed my room nicely. Wayfair got it to me in 1 week! I got white glove service and the guys were terrific. Couch was wrapped up great and came with no issues.. Wendy. MD. Sat Sep 26 2026

The seat is pretty deep making it hard to reach the floor for short people! It’s a very nice looking set, however I’m not sure how long the back cushion will last as the padding doesn’t seem very firm like the seat cushion!. Becky. Sat Sep 12 2026

The tablechairs are of good quality. The instructions are inadequate, particularly regarding the option to install parts 180 degrees off. I noticed misalignment only later in the process. Pay close attention when putting the chair together. It cannot be put together if it’s mismatched. Beyond that point, I appreciate the table and chair’s quality. The design is modern and appealing.. After waiting for more than 4 months of it being on back order, we had to cancel the order and reorder when it became available. Sofa set looks different than in the picture on Wayfair’s website. FedEx delivered the large boxes outside our garage blocking the door. We couldn’t even get the cars out. Had to get neighbor’s help to move them in the house. Assembly guy was clueless. Assembled the back of the sofa facing the unfinished side outwards. He wasn’t happy when we asked him to reassemble it the right way. Overall experience was frustrating.. Nayana. Jacksonville, FL.
