We had a problem with one piece being broken but Wayfair and the maker of the bed sent a replacement. We only waited a few days. The bed is very nice. My only problem with the bed is that it says to buy a 8” or 12” mattress for the trundle. We purchased the 8” and we are unable to push the trundle back under the bed. This is such a great bed! My daughter is obsessed with pink as you can tell from the pictures. It is such a fun bed for her! The lights are great and color changing. It seems to be built really nice also. Instructions were great which was so nice! The only things that I would change about this bed are putting a couple extra wheels on the trundle part to make it a little easier to put in and out and having the ability to put the headboard on the left or right end of the bed would be nice but these are not dealbreakers..
