This is a very large 12x12 canopy with a wheeled bag. I missed the fact that it came with a wheeled bag and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. The setup is easy and my only two criticisms are the placement of the Velcro straps on the frame, and the size of the bag. The straps end up looped directly over the hinges on every single one (see photos) so make them loose when you’re setting up the canopy. The bag it comes with barely fits this larger canopy and there is zero extra room if you want to add on the side walls later. I’ll probably get a larger bag. I would not call it a heavy duty tent, some reasonably good tent, but the fabric doesn’t feel real thick. It is reinforced in certain areas. I just did not sure how frequently I will want to use this. This little pop up gazebo is really cute. I always marvel at what they can create now a days, with such simple mechanisms. Instead of a tent or covered top, this is actually a zip up gazebo with mesh panels on all sides for easy airflow. It would be perfect at a campsite for easy bug free meals inside, or simply just for lounging protected from mosquitos. I can also see this at a beach site for children to be protected from the sun. I think it listed it as UPF-30 sun protection, which is super nice. There is all kinds of room inside. It is good for lounge chairs, a blanket, table, or mix of each. We have this set up in our yard, and the temperature is still fairly comfortable outside, so I am not sure how hot it would be inside during the summer. We like to be free from bugs, and have lunch outside from time to time. So far, it has held up in the wind, but I have not used it during a full rain. Sprinkles hit it, and it was fine, but a full out rain, I think it would be better to just pack it up. For set up I would use two people. It is really easy, but just awkward. Three of the support rods are held at the opening of the gazebo. My picture below shows how it secures into the fabric. All the sides just pop out and you secure the bottom with the metal hooks. First a note on materials: The fabric IS NOT CANVAS but Oxford fabric. This is not meant as a complaint. The two are very comparable, but if you are set on canvas you should be aware of the substitution. Other than that I am very favorably impressed Setup was straightforward and easy for one person. It holds its shape without sagging after several days. Ventilation with the internal vents open is more than adequate. It has stood up to two days of stormy weather admirably; there have been no issues with it standing up to the wind. As the later pictures show it is dry inside. The last photo shows water beaded up on the outside of the tent. The interior is roomy, and I am able to walk around comfortably. There's sufficient space to sleep several people and their gear or to use it in a less common way. It is currently doing service as a blacksmithy. There is still enough ventilation. There is enough room that the forge is in no danger of melting or burning anything. The fact that the floor can be unzipped means I can stay dry and not have to worry about dropping hot metal on fabric. The price is very reasonable for what I received, and Wayfair's customer service has been exemplary. The only complaint I have is that the raincap for the door does not have a big enough hole to fit over the door support.
