The delivery speed was amazing and didnt have any damage to the items even though there were holes in the boxes. Quality is good. There was one issue with a seam showing the filling. Otherwise the cushions are firm and comfortable. The black definitely shows everly little light colored fluff from blankets and animals and kids. But microfiber material is easy to clean. Put covers on it to protect it from the animals. Overall very happy with this couch.. Luke. Michigan. Sun Oct 04 2026

Very comfortable so far, I love the lower back and wider seat. It’s definitely brown, but if you have cool lighting it can look grey! My light has different settings and changing them changed the look of the couch. It was fairly easy to assemble as well! It is lower than my old couch but doesn’t bother me. I could see it being problem for someone older. But all in all I’m very happy with this purchase especially for never having had some place to test it out first!!. Jamie. Sun Oct 25 2026

So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily.
