This oversized chair was the perfect size for my alcove and the color is nice and neutral. The one bracket was a little bent but fixed easily with a mallet. Some of the cushions were packed inside the back part of the chair and were hard to pull out. A screw needed to be removed before pulling the cushions otherwise it wouldve torn the fabric pulling it out. I wish there was a fabric flap that could be attached to cover up the space where the cushions were packed because I imagine dirt and debris are going to get caught up inside. These chairs are comfortable and easy to install. However the back fabric that attaches with Velcro is not quite wide enough to attach fully without seeing the Velcro, which for us is going to be seen as our chair backs are visible in the room set up.
