Well made! Looks just as good in person as the pictures. All wood is straight, nothing is warped. Strong, plus its made of real solid wood (red oak), so repairs are possible if needed. Sandals fit underneath, so you can store 4 levels of shoes if you want (see pic). If your family has huge feet (mens size 12+) you may want a different rack so the toes/heels don't hang over much. The individual rack pieces were easy to lay out on my wood floor and put together with wherewithal included. The included multilingual directions are well thought out and easy to understand and 'not' a micro-print one pager with spelling errors ! I was able to assemble it in 20 minutes by myself. Then I stacked the four racks just to see how it looks. I liked it so much that I took a photo of it in the corner of my guest bedroom with samples of all sorts of male & female shoes, slippers etc. It appears elegantly delicate but is sturdy and durable. I did have a minor blemish in shelf. I chatted with the assistant bot in the bottom right corner and it ordered a replacement part(s) - that arrived promptly. The shelving can be adjusted to size of shoes being stored in many variations as the photo shows (attached). I am quietly pleased with this purchase.
