Once you do the base, I found the rest to be easy to build. It doesnt fit large shoe sizes (mens us 11.5) that well unless I angle them but fits my shoes perfectly. The cabinet itself is really nice and looks good once assembled, but the cheap wood-grain stickers they provide to cover the screw holes really take away from the finished look. For a piece of furniture at this price, I expected actual brown plastic screw-hole caps or plugs that matched the cabinet.
