I don’t usually buy furniture without trying it in-person, so I was a little worried. Great surprise, the cushion is really comfy and the frame is quite sturdy! It took me (100 lb petite sized human) about one hour to assemble all by myself. Moving it would take two people. There were small scuffs on the rattan backrest, but it will be hidden once I get decorative pillows. One of the bolts didn’t go all the way in because the hole was too small but it still functioned. We ordered this day bed and we love it. We have dogs that like to get on our sofa and this one is a much better option. It is lower to the ground so keep that in mind if you’re buying it instead of a sofa. I also noticed many people in the reviews saying that the pillows provided won’t fit in the covers. I opened the pillow stuffing folded it in half and put it in the pillow covers and they seem to work perfectly (see picture of small gray pillows). I do think that the daybed needs more pillows so I added some green ones for a pop-up color that matches the other patio decor. I really love this, it’s perfect for our needs. I would’ve given them a five star instead of four but I agree with other reviews that it is difficult because some of the fasteners don’t lineup with the pre-imbedded fasteners. The patio chaise was a pain to assemble (lots of pieces and not the best instructions). The slats that work as the side table and bed are not screwed on, they’re 3 big pieces that just sit in place. So be prepared to have 3 pieces come flying at you if you tilt it on its side to move the chaise. The slats on the bed part doesn’t align properly with the brackets that hold distribute the weight (not even close). The center of the bed part is unsupported (I wouldn’t plop on this thing) Also - one of the pieces came loosedamaged. I’m going to try and MacGyver this and cut 4in off the legs to have it sit lower. The furniture is beautiful, sturdy and just what I thought I was going to be getting. I shopped around a lot and this was the best deal I could find. I love that the seat cushion is one piece so you’re not falling through the cracks. The assembly was super simple. The only complaint (reason for 4/5 stars) is that one of the cushions was stained upon arrival. I’m not sure if it will come out so that was super disappointing. Otherwise love it.. Alicia.
