This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. Came beautifully packaged! No dings. The color is slightly more orangey than I wanted but I’m okay with that. I love that there is no assembly, and the wood is fairly good quality for the price. Just two negatives - I wish I could remove the nubs (that join the units together) on the top unit, and the company sticker on the unit was a bear to get off - I don’t know why companies put them on the unit like that! A least make them easier to remove. Took me 25 minutes with goo be gone to scrape it off. I left the bottom one on that can’t be seen bc I don’t feel like scraping another one off!. Lisa. US. The color and style are perfect in our bedroom, however the first try arrived damaged and trying to re-box it in the original cut-apart, damaged box was not fun. The replacement arrived about a month after the initial, damaged shelf and is in good shape. This is the second time we have ordered a wood product that arrived damaged. I like the final result this time though. Last time the replacement console table was worse than the first one!. Ruth. Franklin, TN. Sat Sep 19 2026

Gorgeous linen white color that matches our walls perfectly. Shipping took longer than expected. I ordered 2 of these and each has some slight imperfections from handling. Luckily, it's in hidden areas not visible. I wasn't expected these to be already built. Shelves are not easily adjustable because they come screwed in place. We use for our kids' books.. Eileen. TX. Elevate your home organization with this versatile adjustable etagere bookshelf—born from a real design challenge at home. Inspired by the designer’s wife, an avid collector of decorative pieces of all shapes and sizes, the problem was simple: traditional fixed-shelf bookcases often couldn’t fit her newly purchased décor. Its shelves can be adjusted freely to accommodate items of different sizes, and the overall width can also be modified to adapt to various room layouts. Reversible cubbies and multi-scenario flexibility make this unit both practical and stylish for living rooms, offices, or entryways. Finished in a warm rustic brown with realistic wood-grain texture, it brings a contemporary yet cozy touch to any space. Even better, the tool-free design ensures quick and easy assembly—completed in under 30 minutes. Turn everyday clutter into a beautifully organized display with a bookcase designed to grow and change with your life.

The bookcase itself is very nice, but some holes didn't line up when putting it together. Also the top portion and the bottom portion do not line up flush across the front. They are offset from each other. I did not see anything explaining that the pegs that hold the shelves are made of plastic. I have bought other bookcases that use pegs to set the shelves onto, but they are metal.. Jane. Warren, OH. Sat Jun 27 2026
