Upon removing the styrofoam layer designed for protection, I found that several panels had been broken. Very disappointing, as I was excited about my purchase. Our TV cabinet arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. It comes in two boxes and it is very heavy, so you might need two people to carry it in. The instructions were good and all the pieces were there, which isn't always the case, so very happy with that. It is not an easy assembly, but there are moving parts and a lot of smaller pieces, so that's not a surprise. At one point we needed two people to stabilize a section while tightening some screws, but for the most part, it's a one person job taking maybe 3-4 hours if you're not experienced. The look is nice. We got the light oak color and it's a little lighter than I expected, but looks good. The most important part is that it works perfectly. We haven't installed the TV yet, but the remote works and it slides up and down effortlessly. The only slight minus is that the remote has no instructions or directions. This is a great TV wall mount for 32" tv's. I am installing it in my office and all of the parts are sturdy and the instructions are easy. I am waiting on the tv but the mount is good quality and the best feature is that is swivels. All parts were included and I had no issues assembling the mount.
