The quality of the tile is great & the design is beautiful. It is pink and white and the border is rose gold. I haven't installed it yet but I pulled some tiles out of the box and the lines line up perfectly. The floor tile easy to adjust and easy to cut right to size with a good pair of scissors or utility knife. Installed in a old out of square bathroom. It took a few extra days to ship past estimated shipping date . I think I might even try peel & stick back splash next. I like the outcome, but I would suggest padding your measurements for mistakes, etc. I had several tiles where the corners broke off. I had prepped the concrete prior to putting down the tiles, so they did seem to adhere just fine. Tiles were easy to cut with a utility knife. Very beautiful and easy to use peel and stick tile. I was able to use 10 of these over some ceramic tile by the front door and I had no trouble at all even though I have never done a project like that, just make sure that when you put it down all the arrows go in the same direction. this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs w/ 20mil wearlayer.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath.
