We got this for a patio in our mountain home and I'm honestly very pleased with it. Set-up was fast, quality good and overall I think it was a good solution and value. The glass surround was nice, the box for the propane tank OK and overall the design is great for tighter spaces. The igniter and burner seemed to be sensitive to having fire glass on top of the ring (needed to be exposed a bit) and the connection between the propane source and fitting (I needed to remove so I could thread the hose under the deck) didn't have any sealant tape and was torqued extremely tight but these are quibbles.
