Lovely piece of furniture, it won't take its fluffed shape until a week after you open it. The color and fabric and very nice and the installation is easy. The couch is a little on the firm side, but I hope this will make it last longer and it doesn't sag. I only wish the corner pillows were the same size, as one of them is smaller and looks odd. The picture is 4 days after I received it, and the pillows weren't yet fully fluffed. Overall, it is a good deal.. Pauline. Bethlehem, PA. Sat Oct 10 2026

This ottoman is GORGEOUS!! Huge and soft, beautiful material. Better than advertised. I'm more than pleased. Excellent quality. Easily assembled in minutes. We bought it for our heated sunroom. We just have to raise the legs on our couch in there (which we already knew we would have to do because it's a very low height, 16 in.) and it will be perfect!. Jessica A. PA. Sun Oct 04 2026

This couch is extremely comfortable. I wasnt expecting it to be as good as it is. It’s a little deceiving because all pieces come compressed in bags. So I wasn’t sure the bottom cushions would expend. And they did! My brother loves it as well. Anonymous. Wed Oct 21 2026

AMAZING sectional. Very comfortable, feels almost like a cloud couch. The color is more leaning toward light grey, but can still match beige settings, more of a greige color. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that you can't wash the couches because they are sown to the seats, but again this gives it a nice well arranged look. I personally love it!.
