I was worried there were no reviews yet, but took a chance. I’ve been looking for a navy blue velvet arm chair that was a mid century modern style, had deep seat, but not too wide for our space (less than 36 inches). The chair is as pictured and also the specs are accurate. However, I should have realized the back is not as high as our old chair but I’ve improvised and added a pillow for me to rest my head. The legs also seem darker than in the pics. It is comfortable to sit in so far and I prefer a firm seat. The back pillow has a zipper so you can take it out to clean or you can change the insert padding and it is reversible. The seat cushion also has a zipper and is removable but you can’t use the other side because it has velcros. Love the deep navy blue color and the soft velvet. Pretty chairs, exactly as pictured. Easy to assemble. The chairs are pretty deep so you cant sit back in them comfortably... but I have boys on the verge of being teenagers so no one sits in a chair normally in my house anyhow! If you like to curl up and read, the chairs are perfect for that. I would say that since I like to move furniture around a lot, these are not the best chairs for that. When I pull on the back of the chair to move it, the back starts to come off - its not broken - its just pulling up along the metal slide that it slots into. It's a perfectly nice accent chair. Assembly wasn't difficult but did take a little while with the allen wrench provided. It's comfortable but not luxurious, not that I would expect that at this price point. It's good for sitting but at 5'7" it's a little too small to tuck my legs up in it. Decent value for the cost..
