Love this rug! I debated getting it for quite a while, wasn’t sure what it would look like. Semi-final verdict texture in the pattern and hide material really work. The color is ivory, with some variations as to be expected. Works well with browns. My decor is eclectic, a combination of antiques and modern and this really works. It did arrive with a stain and was wet from the inside (the cardboard tube was wet, not the outer wrapping), so it’s not lying fully flat and had a stain. We got the light brown color. Shipped VERY fast and in a single box and despite FedEx trying to break the chair it was all good as it was packed really well..Assembly is very easy - took me 5 minutes - but it is a heavy piece and many may need two people (probably best with two)... It is a beautiful chair and VERY comfortable. Everything about it says high quality and the leather is very nice. The recline mechanism is smooth and works well. The arm rests are generous - in fact the whole chair is a good size. Overall we really like this chair. My two gripes are - 1. They taped the insulation to the chair in one place so it took me some time to get the tape residue off and luckily no damage, 2. Because of the way the arms attach to the body of the chair that area appears to be a little bit of a weak spot - i.e. dont grab the arm to move the chair sideways. This chair has been given some angles that you will enjoy. The seat back almost wants to be a wing but is gently angled instead. The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries.
