The picture you've all been waiting for... Yep holds albums. I was hoping to flip the box on its side so that you can read the spines, but I miscalculated. They will not fit. However, as you can see, two rows of vinyl fit just fine with the box positioned as intended. This is about 80 records. Overall, I like these a lot. I wanted something sturdy and basic in this room which houses my home office because I also have a lot of dumbbells and they were on a weight rack which I found to be somewhat unsightly. I had to deduct a star because I could not get the latches attached to the lid, no matter how hard I tried and the pre-drilled holes for the hinges were really not acceptable. In both of these chests, the middle pre-drilled hole was missing entirely. The others were just barely drilled and so I had to ask a friend to come over and help me get the screws fully screwed in.
