I was not a fan of the brown interior, so painted the inserts white prior to assembly for a clean, glamorous look. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. I did not expect much from this file cabinet as I was unboxing the pieces and separating them. The particle board is a lower grade, and the instructions were very poorly written. I absolutely love this file cabinet! I purchased the open box version and unfortunately it arrived damaged. I was worried it would turn into a stressful situation, but Wayfair’s customer service was AMAZING. They sent out a repair technician who fixed everything perfectly and made it look brand new again. I loved this drawer! It was so unique and sturdy. I could tell it was really well-made.
