These are huge! And perfect for our streets cul-de-sac, they make a statement. They were lightweight enough for a 60 something woman to unbox. With help, we drilled a larger drainage hole from the inside and filled it with rock and sand. That still leaves you with half of the pot to hold dirt and plants. They are now so heavy that hopefully they can withstand what Florida can dish out. They have remained as bright as when first placed. I take care of entryway planters at our little church. The ones I have had there for six years had come apart and were leaking at the bottom. While I have not yet brought this to Church or put potting mix in or planted it yet still chilly at night in Minnesota, looking at the construction of this one I am very highly satisfied. I’ve had these for five years now and i’m obsessed. i e received dozens of compliments over the years. I sprayed immediately to get the rust color. I do wish I only sprayed a little so I could have enjoyed the grey a bit longer because it was gorgeous as a mix of color but it is what it is.
