These Hevea butcher block countertops were just what I wanted for my new office. They were well packaged and arrived without damage. A few coats of matte poly were easy to apply. Nice smooth edges too so no additional sanding needed. They were less than half the cost of what I could get through my local big box DIY store. The table I ordered and wanted was 59". The Wayfair site only listed 59" tables. When I ordered it said I ordered a 47" table. I canceled and tried again. I finally call customer service and ordered what I wanted. The receipt showed tge 47" table. The customer service person said not to worry it happens all the time. I trusted her and got what I wanted. Delivery: First it was to be delivered on Friday, then Saturday and finally the next business day. I assumed that would be Monday. Lucky for me it was Sunday. The assembly directions were a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5. The product was barely ok. There were imperfections in the finish. I wonder if it had been returned as the shipping box really looked tough..
