Looks great, sturdy, but overengineered in some places while underengineered in others. The good part: 1) Looks great 2) Lots of storage space 3) Can move shelves around to create bigger/smaller spaces The bad: 1) Assembly took forever. I don't understand why you need three screws for each hinge door and then three additional screws to attach to the side panel for EACH hinge. Two is the standard for a reason. 2) Don't understand why most of the screws are black, the door stoppers are brown, and the magnets and door screws are silver. We are using this as a shoe cabinet. Wayfair calls it a bookshelf, but I don’t think I would ever recommend it for books — the shelves are not adjustable and are way too short for books. They are perfect for our shoes, though! Even our boots fit nicely on the taller shelves. I am giving four stars because the construction of the doors, though cute, is not very sturdy at all. If you have active pets or kids I think they’re likely to break easily. Hopefully ours hold up since it’s in an out of the way location in our home, but only time will tell. Takes a while to put together, and took a week longer to get them they said. But for something that weighs 95 lb and was brought straight to my front door what more can ask for. It is very suitable to place in the kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom as a kitchen pantry, storage cabinet, sideboard or a linen cabinet.

The pantry was much more sturdy than we expected. It's incredibly well-made, and I believe it will last us for a very long time. If you haven't read, there are metal bars under each shelf; pay attention. I suspect there will no longer be any wobbly shelves that sag in the middle. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. As a side note, we paid to have someone assemble it, thinking it would be very difficult. While it may have been, the people who came were spectacular. They arrived on time when they said they would, started immediately, and had it assembled perfectly in just under one hour. They were professional, but very friendly. Beautiful laundry room storage. I have to say each item I received was damaged but not to where I could not use it. The back does not stay on. I only got one to stay on. The problem with them with shipping. I received one that was so destroyed, I had to ship it back and that was a pain, but it did get replaced.
