Overall my son loves it and this is what he’s been wanting for a couple months now. There were a little bit of confusion on the beginning steps only because you have to really pay attention to the whole positions. After you get past that part, it’s really easy. Once put together, the bed frame is great and exactly what we wanted. The loss of a star has to do with shipment (the bed came in 2 boxes and they arrived 3 days apart) and difficulty to assemble. The quality of this bed is very sturdy but man…the build was intense. It look my husband and I 12 hours to get this thing built, although we did have to take off the ceiling fan and install a flush light during this time. It arrived in three large boxes and the instructions were a little confusing. Overall my son is obsessed with it and will hopefully enjoy it for many years.
