Perfect size to fit a smaller area. Used wall verticals wall space. Plenty of room on the inside. Being used as a pantry. Sturdy. I like the soft closing doors. The lights are a nice touch but most likely won’t be used.. Abby. Sedley, VA. Tue Jun 16 2026

It is being used as a shoe shelf. It compliments the same piece with the doors on top. I am using both pieces for a wall of storage in a small area. It has a feel of good quality. The textured doors and frame adds a nice touch. Sturdy! Doors have soft touch.. Abby. Sedley, VA. Fri Aug 07 2026

Overall, the wall units look nice in our living room (we bought two). Each took my wife and I about two hours to assemble. Instructions were thorough, but you really need to be careful and double check every step. After we completed the assembly, we noticed that the part eight and nine (middle) shelves were installed upside down on one of the units. Also, the round stickers provided to cover the locking screws are very flimsy. They are just sticky paper that has very little surface area with which to adhere. We ended up using Elmer’s glue to keep them down. Other than the shelf inside the cabinet, none of the other shelves are adjustable. Also, I certainly would not place anything too heavy on the shelves (like lots of hardcover books) as they do not appear Capable of providing sufficient support without bending.. Tom. Bluffton, SC. I purchase a two-pack of this bookcase and it is incredibly sturdy, and the wayfair professional assembly was great. It was not super complicated, and the bookcase is easy to move despite its size. The two bookshelves sit next to each other pefectly. The shelves are deep enough to hold three full rows of paperbacks, or two rows of hardcovers. It fits so many books! The shelf doors also have the slow-close feature to prevent slamming. The only possible downside is the weight. It came in several boxes of about 100lb each. Some were very long, some were short but dense. It definitely takes two people to move the boxes inside! The order shipped fast, and arrived on time. Despite the weight of the boxes, the shelves themselves are a good balance of sturdy and heavy. The ladder comes as a separate package, easy to assemble, and just hooks onto the individual rings. it doesn't slide, but that's okay, because I have it on a rug. The ladder is super light and is tall enough that you can access the top shelf and even on top of the bookshelf! Overall I would happily buy this bookcase again.. Nick. Chicago, IL. Thu Oct 15 2026

Pretty straight forward to put together and was able to assemble by myself. It looks nice once all put together. The four stars is for one complaint and one assembly suggestion. The complaint is regarding the stickers used to cover the cam locks. This is the 2nd piece of furniture I have assembled recently that gave you stickers instead of plastic discs to cover the cam lock holes. The stickers look cheesy and cheap and do not blend in as they are thin and I can see the gray of the cam lock underneath. Most of them are in places not visible so not concerned about those. However, inside the glass cabinets I would have preferred plastic caps as some of these are visible when looking in the cabinet. I don't know when the sticker thing started, but the bed chest in the photo that was purchased at the same time as the glass case had the same thing. Not a fan and might see if I can purchase those plastic cam lock covers separately as it makes the cabinet look cheap....but only when you look really hard. My assembly suggestion is small but might save you a crick in your neck if you have standard height ceilings. The final instructions have you tilt the case to standing and THEN attach the wall bracket. This was awkward and uncomfortable and there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to attach the bracket BEFORE you tilt the cabinet upright. You may need to make minor adjustments depending on how thick your floor trim is, but way easier to do that than get the screws lined up and put in place with less than a foot of room to work with between the top of the shelf and the ceiling. If I had a 2nd set of hands probably would have laid it down again for this step, but getting it standing solo was doable but hard, so just made do using the tight space.. Cheran. Lakeview, OR. I am very impressed with the build quality of this library. It feels incredibly sturdy and well-made, worth the purchase. Not everything arrived in perfect condition but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the assembly process was. The only minor downside for me is the wood pattern and color. I wish there had been more variety to choose from, as only one option was available, and it wasnt my first choice.
