Love this bench! So great in the entryway. Alana. Plainview, NY. Sun Sep 06 2026

This dining bench showcases a clean-lined silhouette with a tall back for a structured look in your entryway or dining room. It's crafted from a solid rubberwood frame, and it rests on straight legs for a balanced profile. The seat and back are wrapped in polyester upholstery and filled with foam to provide a supportive surface while you're sharing a meal or getting ready to head out. Designed to accommodate 2-people, it's a versatile choice for a variety of spaces. Plus, it's easy to maintain by wiping it clean with a damp cloth.

Very happy with the banquette. The corner piece is a little shorter at the corners, so we will add felt pads to the bottom of the feet to make the backs line up a bit better. We have it pictured with one and two two 36 x 36 inch tables. Not sure if we like it better with one table or two tables. Much better for visiting with the cook in the kitchen than bar stools. The fabric is a cozy, soft, almost like a washed velvet feel. Better than expected. Comfortable. a good value.. Jaime. Summerfield, FL. Tue Sep 22 2026

Sophie doesn’t know how she ever went without her mid-century entry shoe bench. But a bit of chic-cottage delight was all she needed to upgrade her morning routine. You see, Sophie is an avid runner, but small-space living makes it tricky to organize all her gear; now she never has to worry. Her new bench offers her ample storage space with a smooth, flat top. Sophie can kick off her shoes, grab her water bottles, and tuck away her running belt in a flash as she hurries to and from her home. You may not be a runner, but like Sophie, you too can transform your busy routine; your mornings will thank you!

Easy to put together. Looks great.. John. Cary, IL. Wed Jul 08 2026

This bench was exactly what I was looking for. The color was as shown in the pictures. It is a beautiful, deep mahogany with no scratches, cracks or other issues. It is a good size for my entryway — not too big as to overpower the hall but big enough for two to sit comfortably. Very sturdy. I put it together on my own in less than two hours. Everything aligned well and the instructions were easy to follow. It is a great value for the price. I would totally recommend it.. Kat. Georgia. Sat Aug 08 2026

This bench was EXACTLY what I was looking for and I LOVE IT thus far. Thanks haven’t sat on it BUT it feels sturdy. I put it together myself which was a bit trying but I got it together nonetheless. It has storage if you life the seating area. Some of the pieces came nicked and scratched but I got a partial refund for the damage. Overall I’m happy and have purchased other items from Wayfair.. Rich tones and clean slatted lines give this storage bench a warm, grounding presence that feels right at home in bustling entryways or quiet bedrooms. The high back and gently flared arms nod to classic Mission design, while the lift-top seat conceals a roomy compartment for shoes, scarves, or seasonal layers. With its crisp edges and tailored profile, it adapts effortlessly to modern, transitional, or traditional spaces whether tucked beneath a window, placed at the foot of a bed, or anchoring a mudroom. Wherever it's placed, this piece keeps clutter out of sight while lending the room a polished, welcoming feel.

The Glenn 50 inch storage bench exceeded my expectations in both quality and pricing. I needed the storage for our winter hats, scarves and gloves to have at the ready when venturing out in our northern Michigan winters. I have always called these “deacon benches.” The sizing is generous holding so many items. This would literally work for a family of 6. This is true to size fitting into our foyer exactly as advertised at the 50 inches in width. (See photo). The wood is solid and without blemishes. The finish is a shiny dark brown color. This is solid and strong and does not wobble. The bottom of the storage area is a thinner wood and is rated to hold no more than 30 pounds. My husband assembled this in just under an hour. The small included Allen wrench did not fit the screws so my husband used his own Allen wrench. My only critique is that the included wrench did not fit. This bench is a quality item appearing rich and elegant in my home and I am sure to receive compliments.. Debbie. Gaylord, MI. Fri Oct 23 2026

Make a statement in your hallway with this stylish choya solid wood flip-top storage bench. Sleek and rustic, this storage bench features a slatted backrest, tapered feet, and a casual contemporary style that will fit in with any neutral or transitional home aesthetic. The convenient lift-up bench lid easily opens up on safety hinges allowing you to retrieve your personal items from the dual storage compartment below. With a narrow and wide design, this wooden storage bench can comfortably seat two.

Surprisingly, easier to put together than I anticipated. Really solid. The back rest is shorter than I anticipated and the only reason why I took away a star is because I can find it 100 cheaper somewhere else. But other than that nice solid piece for my entryway looks great.. Syrita. Tue Aug 04 2026

Not only is it a beautiful piece of furniture, but it also provides ample storage space with two cabinets. It's the perfect solution for storing shoes, blankets, books, and more.

The good stuff: Looks as shown in the picture. Not difficult to assemble. Very solid with high quality paint job. Fits well in the space where I wanted it and with the shelves in place can store about 8 pairs of most (flat) shoes behind the two doors. On the down side: 2 of the hinges were very tight. the pre-patterned places to install one of the doors was slightly off so the one door looks uneven and does not close properly with the magnet. the fabric on the cushion is very chintzy- I will end up recovering it (which is not a big deal)..
