No tools needed to assemble the pole has 2 notches to lock in to the top of the table. It would have been nice to have the same notches to lock for the bottom legs too. The table arrived a day before the chairs. Everything was wonderful until we got to the last chair. One screw wouldn’t tighten - like it was stripped. Customer is sending a replacement part and responded quickly. The set is perfect for the area - I love it!. Stacy. Sat Jun 13 2026
