OK..Well I went back and forth with cabinets...Studied them all for days, and tried to remove the ones I found that were metal. I wanted 6 shelves, and these were taller than the rest and matched the Wonston Porter drawers that I purchased days before, so I thought they would be the same. BUT THEY ARE METAL. This cabinet is just the right fit for what we are using it for, a liquor cabinet. The color is gorgeous and the size just right. However it isn’t quite as stable as I would like so we might try to attach it to the wall if possible. Also, while moving the shelves, be aware that the little silver things that hold them up can fall causing the other shelf to fall if you move them. Going to look for better hardware for that. It’s obviously not a high-end furniture piece—it’s a simple white laminate finish—but that’s exactly what I expected for around $175. The laminate is actually a plus in a laundry room since it’s easy to wipe clean and doesn’t seem like it will show wear as easily as painted surfaces. My husband assembled it without any issues, and it feels sturdy enough for storing all of our laundry essentials. The first cabinet I received had dents in several parts (1 pic included in this review.) I called wayfair they sent me out a whole new cabinet. I have never had a problem with Wayfair customer Service. They are genuinely interested in helping making sure you are pleased with the product you receive. They have always readily replaced a damaged or defective item Im happy to say this still holds true after years of purchasing from them I did not have to repack the dented cabinet, which would have been impossible, they told me to just throw it out. Once I put the cabinet together I loved it. Looks great is very functional for my intended use which is my art room. My husband cant believe how good it looks how it looks like wood. I included one picture of the inside screws that fasten the sides to the back because I had trouble seeing the holes and which way the sides fastened on. Once I figured it out turned the sides opposite the way I had them the whole thing went together quickly. The cabinet holds a lot of items i have space leftover and I put all my toothpaste, brushes, floss, and other dental related items in one drawer and I am a sticker so we are talking gross of each. Then 2nd drawer is allergy, aspirin, I modicum, triple antibiotic stock of gross items, 3rd drawer, is bandages, enough to take care of several traumas burns, cuts, wounds etc. The shelves are holding towels , baths heels, wash clothes, hand towels etc. I painted Mt cabinet to match my vanity, and changed out the handles. Fairly easy to assemble, my husband did it by himself fairly quickly. It looks very nice, feels sturdy and holds a lot. We didn’t have a linen closet so we are using it for towels and sheets and extra bathroom supplies.
