I was apprehensive to order blue, but truly wanted something soft for my recently remodeled space and did not want a traditional comforter set. The medallion stitch quilt set was perfect!! I wanted a homey space where we could retreat in comfort, and this was the perfect addition. It is medium weight, which I was happy with, and fit our king bed perfectly without being too short or too long on the sides. Very pleased with the quality and color choices in this set.
