The material has a somewhat inexpensive feel and also tends to trap heat, which I do not like. However, it has washed very well, which was extremely important to me, and for the price it works perfectly well in my guest room. It is comfortable enough and does the job as an everyday duvet cover set. The feel is soft and drapy unlike my other linen which are bouncy. I expected that this item would include the certification attesting that it is 100 percent linen but it does not even have a logo. I bought this to use as a summer bedspread. I love that it’s 100 cotton, has clean lines, is an affordable purchase, can serve as a blank slate for other textiles pillows to add pops of color.
