This table top fire pit is a great idea, but there are some things to consider. First and most importantly, I would not recommend having one of these around young children. The rocks are small, the flame is open on the sides, and it is easy to access the fuel— lit or unlit. There were no assembly instructions included. While this is easy to assemble, it might have been helpful to have pointed out that the fuel reservoir is silver and covered in a plastic film. Also, fill the reservoir after placing the rocks so that none fall into the fuel. And, fill it when you have it in its location, not before you carry it somewhere. I’d also plan to put it somewhere with limited airflow because light breezes or ceiling fans can cause the flame to flicker and lay over. I do love the idea of being able to change the rocks if a different color or type is preferred. This is definitely a great accessory for those wanting the fire but maybe don’t have the place to put a fire pit.. Kristen. Pooler, GA. Wed May 13 2026

This fire pit table is so nice for our small deck. It was easy to set up. You will need a smaller propane tank versus the one you’d use with a gas grill, I think we went out and bought a 10 lb one. It was a little difficult to get it to light the first time we used it, maybe just because the propane wasn’t getting through the lines, but we haven’t had issues since. I love these fireplaces. They actually put out heat. Not to warm an entire room but sitting on the couch I could feel the heat. I didnt have to crank the heater up. They look good also as decor. The flames dont burn very long... around 1 12-2 hours.... safety I guess. You can sit candles inside also. I havent tried roasting marshmallows because I didnt buy them for that.. Sonja.
