DISCUSTING quality control for 1 lamp with a black shade!!!!! It all started with the shades: I received a single shade WITHOUT the base so I called Wayfair. The SECOND lamp never showed but a second SHADE arrived WITHOUT the base AGAIN !!!! but his shade was damaged. Then after yet another call to WAYFAIR to get a complete lamp the base finally arrived but it was damaged and not assembled correctly plus this shipment was shipped WITHOUT a shade even though the packing slip noted a shade had been shipped. To make matters worse when I requested a replacement lamp base to replace the first damaged base when the second base finally arrrived it ALSO HAD THE SAME DAMAGE and poor ASSEMBLY ( lopsided on the pedistal base and incorrecly inserted crystal cube) as the first lamp base!!!!! NOW I have to call WAYFAIR yet again to get this matter settled...and hopefully receive a third base in excellent condition so I can install this $ 700.00+ lamp for my patient client !. Deborah. Today, the heavy steel of our Fullered table lamp still comes in full curves, but not fuller curves. Forged by artisans here in Vermont, each piece is unique.
