I had some worrisome expectations about this lamp shade. I expected it to look cheap it doesn’t. I expected the fringe to be cotton, in desperate need of ironing it isn’t. This lampshade is exactly what it looks like on the website. The fringe is a nice, silky fabric (probably rayon) that hangs perfectly right out of the box. My only wish is that this shade was available in a larger size. I thought the fringe would add 2” to the shade length, but it was included in their measurements, so the lamp shade is too short for my floor lamp.
