A cabinet-grade plywood backing adds additional stability to ensure that your tables withstand the normal wear and tear of a restaurant. Each table top is a natural reclaimed wood product, providing additional character with some variation in color and texture based on the raw material available. The reclaimed wood table tops come with a water-based urethane Matte finish to make them easy to clean and keep yourself free of pesky splinters. These table tops are not recommended for outdoor use.

I like it. Assembly is a little less than straightforward (it does not come with any instructions, nor does it indicate what tools you will need -- nor, interestingly, are instructions available on the manufacturer's website) but I was able to figure it out on my second attempt. (For assembly, I discovered it was structurally critical that the entire base was assembled before attaching to the top.) I also think that it looks ever so slightly different than advertised. (Namely, the ad pictures of the Natural Finish top make it look like the top is constructed with pieces of wood that extend the full width of the table, but in fact it is made of smaller pieces of wood that are glued together, meaning there are seams going both ways i.e. seams perpendicular to each other. A small detail perhaps, but worth noting.) It also was packaged in what felt like an excessive amount of plastic wrap.
