Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! We bought this seat to add to the sectional we just bought to elongate the sectional set. It's nice that I we could customize the sofa more. All the pieces came for the sectional in great condition with no tearing etc. However there were three pieces, this chair included where there were small manufacturing defects with the locking systems. Like a clamp screwed in the wrong place or the wrong connector placed in a specific spot. This chair was missing a metal connector piece. We are still in the process of getting a hold of the manufacture to remedy these locking system issues. Other than these issues, we really like the couch. Very firm and will hold its shape well. Chenille fabric is very durable and washes great. We have little kids and I've been able to wipe off things very well. The chair backs are perhaps a little low for my husband but I feel supported and I am 5'4". We got the blue color and it is much lighter in person than the photos as a warning. The listing pictures have this as being a deep navy but it is definitely more of a cobalt blue-warmer tone blue if you have a well lit room. If this were in a basement with less natural light than I think it would look much darker. Overall, I would say I am impressed by the material and the firmness of the cushions for durability but for the price we paid I think the manufacturing issues are frustrating and I hope they resolve everything.. Beautiful sofa with really nice and thick material. I the seats are quite wide and so it makes it comfortable. The color is really nice (linen) and feels sturdy. The only issue is that the sofa is quite a bit lower to the ground than any other sofa in my house and so it’s hard to pair it in the same room. I would say my other sofas are standard size and this one is at least 6 inches lower to the ground. Make sure you measure before you order. Overall very happy. Just as pictured. Was nervous buying with no reviews. It’s very comfortable, not too soft, not too firm. Like a more supportive cloud I guess is how I’d describe it. Seats not too high or too low. It’s the perfect style for my decor, very timeless overall. Shipping was fast, came well packed and undamaged. Only assembly was screwing on the legs. Frame feels sturdy. My husband also loves the look along with the feel of the seat cushions. I have a cover on it bc pets so can’t speak to fabric durability. We both fit well on it, I’m 5’3” and my husband is 6’2”. So why 4 stars The dimensions are off. Seat height is actually closer to 18” not 21. Seat depth is closer to 28” not 33.5”. It’s probably 33.5” without the back cushions but that’s not how seat depth should be measured bc who’s sitting on a couch without back cushions (unless it’s a tight back which this is not). Here are the dimensions Overall length 90” Overall depth 40” Back height 27” Back height with back cushions 33” Arm height 22” Seat height 18” Seat length 80” Seat depth 28” Back cushion height (from seat) 18” I did contact Wayfair customer service to let them know the dimensions were not as advertised. Love the sofa. Have owned now for 2 months. Initially I was concerned that material was stretching. It does appear stretch after sitting on sofa but material returns to normal after a few minutes. Sofa has down feathers in it that seems to help with material returning to proper shape. The cushions themselves are comfortable. The sofa required some assembly, I.e. the legsfront wooden pieces needed to be attached. I was able to do it by myself. Love the look of the sofa and feel it will withstand the test of time and use..
