If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. This couch was the perfect size. I like the cushions are loose so you can clean the cushions and under them easily. I also like the firmness, a good medium where I only sink in about 2 or 3 inches and I'm a big guy at 290. The material I selected also has a nice texture to it. The sofa/loveseat has a great style and seems very sturdy. The measurements state it, but keep in mind the seat sits higher off the floor than most sofas. I don't mind because it's a nice piece for the price but at 5'7" my feet dangle a bit. The seat cushions are not stiff. Sort of springy. For lounging horizontally you will need pillows. As shown there is no cushioning on the side arm rests. The fabric has a little more movement than expected. I imagined a velvet or mohair which it is not but it's a very sofa material. I'm adding photos. We haven't used it yet just tried it out quickly as it's being sent to an apartment. There were no creaks or squeaks, just the springy cushions as mentioned.
