The box came split open, wasn’t happy about that. There were wires missing which I’m working with the company about that. So as of this writing the USB port doesn’t work nor the heat. I do like the chair except. The arm rest aren’t as easy to slide on as it seems. Maybe it’s me. The arm rest was labeled wrong, good thing I know my left from my right. Hope to get the wire issue resolved soon.. Jackie Doerfner. Perry, MI. Sun Nov 01 2026

Fit note: the lowest shelf sits about 3" off the floor and the C-base is 15.7" deep — please measure the clearance under your sofa/chair/bed before ordering. For standard or higher box-spring beds, see height note above. Tighten the knob fully after height adjustment to lock the table in place.

Bought this for my husband coming home from hospital. Arm pads are Velcro and they keep coming off so we cannot keep them on while he’s in it. Haven’t used the massageheat in FL but lift works well and is helpful. I’m 70 and put it together myself but had great difficulty trying to hook up the wires underneath some of them were kind of weird. Had a neighbor do it and he was much younger and struggled himself with it, but he eventually got it done! Every time the cat walked by it would come undone so he came back and zip tied them so they wouldn’t keep coming off. My husband‘s a big guy so it’s a little bit narrow for him, but it’s working.. The chair was easier to put together than getting the box inside! The seat is too long the back does NOT FIT PERPENDICULAR, hence only 4 stars. I love the blue color and the smaller size, but the arms could would be more comfortable about 4-5” taller. Anonymous. Columbus, OH. Sun Sep 13 2026

The table's unique space-saving design is your personal area to comfortably work, eat or read. A fixed-position table section features an oversized drink holder and 3 USB charging ports. Adjust the multi-use tray to infinite positions of height, tilt, and swivel for your personal comfort. The low-profile base nestles around a sofa, chair, or even an over-bed design. The included wheels can be attached for easy maneuverability.

I’m disappointed that it’s not more stable given how well built it appears. It sags even without any additional weight on it. The USB thing is cheap junk. It doesn’t pop up properly and doesn’t feel like it’ll last so I didn’t even bother installing it. The table top is a little taller than I would have liked. In my recliner I feel like I have to reach up to it and can only use it tilted. I it’s about five inches too tall. Also, there’s a part in the bag for the wheel hardware that’s supposed to go in the threaded hole on the upright part to allow you to lock it in place. This part is never mentioned in the instructions and we only realized what it was for after assembling the whole thing. As many people have pointed out, the holes in the base don’t line up with the threaded holes in the upright. Lastly, the part for the tiny mechanism uses a plastic pin to hold the tilt. I suspect this is going to break at some point. Good ideas, poor manufacturing quality and cheap plastic components that are sure to break. I can see why they’re having to sell these at a discount. Update SEP 2026: I have had this table for over six months now and I will say that I think it's better than I initially thought. It's held up really well and I used it every day for a variety of things, including working on my laptop. I replaced the cheap power outlet with a better one with USB-C and I've been really happy with this purchase. Upgrading to 4-stars because I still wish it was a little sturdier but it has been such an improvement to have a worktable at the chair I sit in most often.. Rene Amaris Holt. Kenmore, WA.
