My husband had very specific request for this chair and I think it fit the bill. The material is soft and looks better than in the image provided by the seller. It does not swivel 360 degrees and will return the starting position after you swivel. I wish the seat was more comfortable but it will fit what we needed until we can find something better. The price (on Memorial Day sale) is about what I would expect to bpay for a chair of this quality. It is not the most amazing chair but is absolutly better than the worst.
