This pain is as close as it gets to perfection! It heats evenly, is scratch-resistant (no plastic or silicone tools required) and is as close to non-stick as any other pan I've tried and I've tried several! It's so much less finicky than my stainless steel or carbon steel pans. Worth every single penny and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. The size is perfect for things like browning taco meat or large batches of sauce. The high sides mean that my stove top stays clean because nothing is splashing over the edges. My only qualm is that it's not dishwasher safe. But it's so easy to clean that not using the dishwasher hasn't been an issue for me at all so far. 10/10 would recommend!. A.. United States. This was only my only for 2+months when I was moving. You can really cook anything in it. I cooked 2 meals a day during that time and it still looks brand new 6 months later. First thing, we are big Henckels fans. We bought this pan and it is a work of art; a thing of beauty. Pictures don't do it justice. It is well engineered.
