We ordered this umbrella to provide shade over a portion of our above-ground pool so we'd have a place to get relief from the strong Florida sun. It provides plenty of coverage without shading the entire pool, which is exactly what we wanted. The umbrella was straightforward to set up and feels sturdy once assembled. The canopy provides excellent shade, and the ability to adjust the position helps keep the shaded area where you need it throughout the day. We've also been impressed with how well it handles wind. We've had some pretty strong gusts here in Florida recently and kept a close eye on it. It stayed firmly in place and never felt unstable. We've only had it for a short time, so I can't speak to long-term durability yet, but so far we're very happy with it. If you're looking for a large poolside umbrella that provides excellent shade and feels well built, this has been a great addition to our backyard.. Cindy. Florida. Tue Jun 23 2026

SUPER impressed with the quality! The directions were excellent and anticipate questions, concerns, and potential assembly mistakes. The parts are high quality and work well. We got the rolling base and it’s great as well. I was nervous about this company and I’m VERY glad we went for it. I immediately bought a traditional table umbrella as well. It’s well packed to the point that you destroy the packaging when opening it. Be careful that you don’t cut the umbrella! We were a nervous.. Amy. Lincolnshire, IL. Sun May 10 2026

Delivered in 2 days in 2 boxes - this is absolutely THE BEST purchase I have made on Wayfair (and I am a designer - and have ordered over 100,000 for projects in the past few years) Don’t hesitate- this is a top of the line product - I love it so much I ordered a second one immediately. Great price for this 10' cantilever umbrella. It does rotate at the locking handle if the breeze is on the stronger side. That's why only 4 stars. I'm compensating for that by tethering it to my hammock using a dog leash. There is also quite a bit of canopy sway in the breeze, but the frame is sturdy. On a calm day, it's wonderful!
