This is a beautiful lamp but just don’t feel like it worked in our space. The cord is black and against our off white walls was just too harsh of a contrast. Wow ! What a new light once u have put the work into hanging the 22-37 plastic balls I don’t think ithey are real crystals but I would recommend getting ceiling toggle kits then using what is sent because after u put the hanging balls it easily becomes more then 100 lbs of weight. Install was easy once u use the right boots and anchor for the ceiling. One of the pre screws were missing but we found it within the bag .
