Victorian Handcrafted tiffany style pendant light, Stained glass dining room light lampshade is slight heavy than you expected, as it is made of real stained glass. But when you knock it, it sounds like plastic. That's why? Because of its special manufacturing process. Each glass piece is cut by hand, then polish the edge before wrapping the copper foil. The edges of the glass pieces are wrapped with adhesive copper tape (copper foil). Then putted together in a mould according to the pattern. At last, using soldering material to weld each glass at a very high temperature. The Stained glass is Much Heavy than Plastic, and couldn't been burned, normal knife couldn't cut them. Easy to Check it.

What a new light once u have put the work into hanging the 22-37 plastic balls I don’t think ithey are real crystals but I would recommend getting ceiling toggle kits then using what is sent because after u put the hanging balls it easily becomes more then 100 lbs of weight. Install was easy once u use the right boots and anchor for the ceiling. One of the pre screws were missing but we found it within the bag . These are lovely lights. I purchased 3 to hang from a high cathedral ceiling.The fabric has a very soft pattern that I believe helps to diffuse the light. Although the fabric appears a bright white, and depending on the bulbs you pick, when they are on, it is soft and muted. We put ours on a dimmer, and they can be bright or a really soft accent. At night, stunning. These are very elegant and I feel they can be used in any setting from mid century, to traditional. In my case, it is transitional.These are semi flush mount, and I needed them to hang about 3 feet lower, so we were able to find matching brass rods and the connectors and it looks wonderful. Absolutely stunning Tiffany lamp. I got this with the intention to use it as a hanging lamp and not a center of the room pendant. I was unsure about how I would go about doing this, not knowing how it was assembled. When I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised that all the pieces were separate. The glass hood was separate from the light piece so it was easy to just wire it up as a lamp and leave it without the center medallion that goes on the ceiling. Unfortunately I have not found the exact spot I want to hang it so I dont have a picture of it hanging, but I did include a picture of it lit which is when its beauty truly shines through. Fun retro style light. I’m excited to get this hung up, unfortunately there was a small piece missing that I’ll have to replace first. Otherwise everything was included and packaged extremely well. The bottom is laser cut plexiglass and the top dome a white glass. Overall very fun and different. Update - I received the missing piece and was able to assemble the light. It was a bit difficult to get the wiring done. I had to cut the wires, attach the mount and rewire the sockets. While it took some time the light is absolutely beautiful.. Jennifer. Fair Oaks, CA.
