I ordered the shed in grey…it arrived on time and my handyman and I put it together in about 4 hours. It was a bit overwhelming but I am happy with the result. The floor was not very sturdy but my handyman solved that by putting treated wood below it and now it is very sturdy. In addition we used the hardware included and drilled it into the concrete slab we made for it to stand on. We enjoyed the final result but the shed was challenging to put together. Sometimes these instructions nowadays are difficult to read. A big problem was that there were very few pilot holes drilled and the "wood" didn't like to accept the screws that were rather large. We liked the size and look of this shed for storing seasonal outdoor chairs and tables. Assembly took about 4 hours including a rain delay. Once we got the floor assembled the rest of it went pretty easily except for the roof which was a real challenge. We ended up securing two corners inside then tucking the rest of it in, otherwise we would get it tucked in and it would come out. Also the door panel had a small dent which I don't think will affect the durability but a little disappointing to have some damage on it. This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open.
