The first one delivered was not packed effectively and arrived bent out of shape. Customer service was fantastic and set me up with a return and promptly re-shipped a replacement. It was packed much better yet still ever so slightly bent, but I was able to bend it back into place. The mirror looks really nice over a queen size bed, but is not easy to hang because it is difficult to hold onto. If I have to move it, I will use gloves because my fingers got pinched between the “sun beams.” overall I am pleased because for the size it was well priced compared to others I was looking at. We love this wall art. It is put together well, and it’s not too heavy. However, the box that it came shipped in, had a big hole in the back and one of the straps cut through on the top and damaged the top of the frame slightly, but it is not noticeable from the front. Maybe they should put fragile on the box next time and there was no packing material around the wall art inside the box. They really need to do a better job of protecting their product.. Jessica.
