We ordered this umbrella to provide shade over a portion of our above-ground pool so we'd have a place to get relief from the strong Florida sun. It provides plenty of coverage without shading the entire pool, which is exactly what we wanted. The umbrella was straightforward to set up and feels sturdy once assembled. The canopy provides excellent shade, and the ability to adjust the position helps keep the shaded area where you need it throughout the day. We've also been impressed with how well it handles wind. We've had some pretty strong gusts here in Florida recently and kept a close eye on it. It stayed firmly in place and never felt unstable. We've only had it for a short time, so I can't speak to long-term durability yet, but so far we're very happy with it. This umbrella is a great gray neutral shade and the fabric feels sturdy. It’s also very well made. The overall quality is excellent. This umbrella turned out to be bigger than I anticipated. It was super easy to build, instructions were very clear. I did need help to attach the umbrella to the bottom stand but overall, it took about 40 minutes to put together. Great base for the cantilever umbrella pictured. It’s a better looking option than sand bags. I filled the sections with some sand and water to give it a bit more weight than just water to make sure my 10 ft umbrella didn’t tip. I don’t think it’s going anywhere. Easy to fill.
